Good question. I haven't tried to mount one on the Sako AV. I'll have to check. The M995 is probably the closest tapered dovetail to the AV Magnum. IF they are dimensionally the same, USOPTICS (which we carry) will work. Only catch is you need to drill and tap the receiver.
We install them on the M995 or TRG-S action with 8-40 screws not the tiny 6-48 screws. The rails look great and offer multiple ring positions.
Farrell may offer them as well.
Warne may be an option but they are drill and tap as well. Near I think has a slide on friction one...haven't seen it though.

I had Dlask make up one with 20 MOA for me 3 years ago. He made up a few at the same time. He is in Delta and may still have one left. Works great and doesn't require any drilling or tapping. Uses the original dovetail mount and 4 set screws.
