Agree with all the comments on the one must get accessory being the bipod. Started with the 6" Harris, kinda wobbly. The TRG bipod unloaded is wobbly allowing for ease of adj. but once loaded is rock solid. Easy removal with press of spring clip, great for sharing with TRG42.
Mags are crazy price like the bipod. Rather than buying extra mag got the Tikka CTR in 260Rem.

I would love to find a Sako bipod one day, I just really don't want to pay $700 for one. I'll have to keep my eye out for a used one.

Thanks for all the input folks. But, I did decide to go in a different direction. And yes, price was one of the motivating factors.

$700 is cheap. More like $500US and between $8-900 CAN now new.

It is not a wear part so minimal savings buying used
