I have a chance to buy a sako triace and am wondering how reliable they are?
and is there anywhere to get parts?

They are nice gun, but...
- They were not in production for very long.
- They have been out of production for qui a few years now.
- Sako does not have any spare parts for them (Or at least they didn't why I inquired)

On the other hand,
- They will shoot with the best of them
- Some basic spare parts should come with the pistol/case
- How many firing pin / extractor/ ejector have you broken in your shooting career?

If the price is right and you are not planning to shoot the crap out of it, go for it:)

I have own one and have shot it extensively in competition since 1991. I have experienced the same problems reported above with regards to availability of parts, or lack thereof. It also shows its age and is quite a bit heavier than most competition hanguns on the market today. I now shoot a Hammerli Sp20, but still use my Tri-ace for .22 trg. One of teh thing I liked the most with teh Tri-Ace is that it doesn't have any counter-weight adjustments on it, so its that much less things to worry about.
