Sam Adams, NS gunsmith

I have been away since mid November, but he was going strong then.
Wonderful person, great work. He has built two competition guns for me, with another on the way.
His specialty is precision rifles. Tr, F class, and sniper competition guns. He also does an excellent job at hot bluing. His shop however, before hunting season looks like a collection of junk awaiting scopes to be mounted.
I would certainly recommend him for any rifle work. Especially something the "other guys" said could not be fixed.

His turn around time is the best in the business. But,when he says when do you need it, never say it does not matter. I have seen complete rifle builds in less than 7 days though.
 
I have a rifle at Sam's right now. He has done work on.a couple of others for me. He is slow though. the one that he has now is there for a grind to fit recoil pad and a rear sight and he's had it since December. If you don't mind waiting, he does eccellent work.
