Sandblasting Restricted

I've been googling, but someone here should know... Where can I take/send my restricted to get sandblasted (and duracoated too if possible).

Since It remains a gun even after I disassemble the thing I can't take it somewhere local. Anyone here knows a guy or company that does good stuff I'm all ears.

Or you could get a satin chrome finish from Dark International. he is a gunsmith. No transport papers required.

Slide is just a part. The frame is the firearm.
