Spend some time making sure the paralax on the scope is set up properly for your eye. I adjust mine at full magnification.

I spent a fair bit of time working on the ocular setting to find one that worked. There seems to be a fair bit of interaction between the ocular settings and paralax depending on how far out of adjustment it is. Seem to have a good setting now, reticle is crystal clear at 50 yards at full magnification now with the paralax/focus set correctly and works great at all ranges and magnifications. The reticle is so fine that the eye can play tricks on you if its not in focus
