Sask Big Game Draw postponed to May 13th.

Sorry if this is a repost.

I was just on the ministry of environment website gearing up for the big game draw and noticed it is postponed to May 13th to streamline the new on-line license purchasing system.

Now, you also need a HAL ID#. (Hunting Angling Licence #) They can be obtained from any office or if you purchase a license on line. I bought and printed off my fishing license while I was there. It was actually quite covenient.

I have been wondering how this is going to work. Do you print out your tags for regular big game licences? It also says each applicant ust have their own email address, so if I want to put me and my two sons in for a tag they are going to have to get their own email? Plus if I want to put the three of us on the same application for moose each one of us is going to have to set up a HAL account?

I was wondering the same thing. It sounds like anyone who wants to obtain a license needs a HAL #.

Printing big game tags would just not work. There would be no way to attach it to the animal.
