ya I know, The even took away party hunting. Bastards. you used to be able to go out with five friends and hunt for a few days and as long as there was a tag for everything that got shot, who pulled the trigger didn't matter. but not so any more.

A deer tag isn't a sales receipt for a deer, it's a fee for the opportunity to hunt for one. While you and I may not care much who tags a deer, the game department is never going to approve a system where someone can hunt big-game without a licence or continue to hunt after it is used. Shutting down any loopholes is part of that.
Party hunting has been gone for decades. My dad hunted moose with 4 names on every tag but that was probably 40 years ago. It's not coming back.
