You will be allowed to hunt in only "one" zone of your own choice. ie: If you apply for zone 10, then you only hunt zone 10. When you apply next year(2012) and your choice is zone 10 and "if" there are 399 other applicants for that zone and "if" they allow only 100 licences, then you only have a 25% chance of being selected in the draw. Hopefully their system works to keep out of province (Canadian) hunters to a limit and to reduce the wildlife infractions. This year many parts of Saskatchewan were hit hard by old man winter on the ungulate herds, therefore; it is going to be harder to find that big trophy buck not unless you are a meat hunter.
