Saskatchewan

What's the name of this town?
Sask is pretty good for all hunting I'd even go as far as saying better than Alberta just because there are less people here

No problems there I am not familiar with the area but hunting is very good here, all over especially wt/deer and water fowl

You're pretty close to alot of Indian reserves there and I havent seen much for big bucks but venture away from them and you'll do fine some decent deer. I'd hunt up in the Melville area and North, lots of wood lots, alphalfa and grain fields. Stay away from the major cities and you'll find deer less pressured and very few "no hunting" signs which is a bonus!!

What Scottr said is so true, although it is very picturesque, all along the Fort Queppelle Valley, there are many Indian Reserves. At Queppelle to Sacamais, Cowases, and Ochappawas heading east, along the river valley. The other southern side of Highway #1, "Carry the Kettle" Reserve. Not far away is Carlyle, there is a provincial park nearby, and often native hunters go thier too.
My spelling, may be off on some place names, sorry....

True as well kimzter, there is much good game to be had....
I never came home empty handed. It is amazing to the variety of terrain near the river valleys.
Sometimes, I felt as if I was in the Alberta foothills, in some places, that is.
If you are lucky you can find a few spots that have never, ever seen a plow, and here is where one finds virgin prairie grasses and growth, like ratroot and such.

regina

iam from about an hr. north of regina and in that location we took 6 bucks that were in the 150 class and they were only a little over a mile apart. plus in a 2 deer zone up by porcipine plain we say some that were 180 and one that we could hit that was really huge. i find anywhere north of the city is good and if you coyote hunt pm me and we could hook up for a day and make some stands and do some calling. good luck.

I grew up in Indian Head (now living in Dawson Creek,BC), North of Indian Head (15-20 min north)there are a lot of nice whitetail bucks for the taking, good flyzone for geese. Still in touch with a huntng friend there and hunting pressure is not too bad (hunt the coulies and may run into another hunter but highly unlikely.) father in law lives in a town south of Indian Head called Montemartre (pronounced mo-mart) and in amongst the coulies more and more mulies moving in so they are starting to offer draws in the area. Prairie chickens are always for the taking if you are into hunting them.

Prince Albert is a good spot to live, third largest city in Sask., lots of deer, bear, elk, moose, ducks, geese, etc....all an easy drive, great gun club with trap, skeet, cowboy action, 500 meter sillywet range, it don't get any better!!
