Saskatoon gun shops?

So I am in Saskatoon this weekend and I don't have anything else to do except find a side mount for my cooey 600. I know cabelas is here and I will check there but does anyone have any idea as to where else I could check out. Anyone one from around here know where I could go shooting??? I just picked up the cooey 600 today and I would like to see how she is going to run...none the less I need to find somewhere that has the scope mount...that's what is the most important. Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't count on finding what you want at Cabelas unless you are fudge shopping or want some formal camo wear. Try Saskatoon Gunsmith Shoppe or Saskatoon Gunworks if they are open on the weekend (not sure).

As for getting out shooting, I've been living here since '96 and I'm still trying to find the answer to that question. Used to have a great place to go shoot but it got shut down a year or so back. It seems like this is a very anti area (unless you are in with a land owner). I miss my folks' place where their land practically backed the northern provincial forest. I am pretty much limited to using the local range unless I want to make a day of it and drive out to a buddy's farm.
 
whole sale had them in stock a couple weeks ago. I almost got one, but i had top mounts installed instead. Mine didnt have the holes tapped in the side of the reciever.
 
I got the mount and rings at cabelas... we checked it on the rifle to make sure first and they seam to work well... but now i have other issues..but ill post a new thread on that
