satterlee 10 round load development

Has anyone tried this the satterlee 10 round load development? What were your results? I've done it once and had a great result. Loaded 2 100 round batches. One batch was with Lapua brass, one with Hornady brass. Third batch with Lapua was not as tight as the previous two, and it's got me stumped. Curious to hear your experience.
 
Need more details. Define "not as tight"? Grouping? Extreme spread? Was the 1st and/or 3rd batch using reloaded or new brass? Did you start with a brand new barrel?
