Saturdays Mule buck Pic of recovered Nosler 165 gr Partition

Well I know I posted a pic of the buck but here is a pic of the recovered bullet as well I use a 300 Rem Ultra. the bullet is a 165 partition it peeled all the way back to the part. and lost all the front lead but the rear stayed intact

Seems weight retention is NOT what the specs say it should have been what with loosing the front lead.. But not too bad, much better than my 140grain 6.5x55mm Hornady recovered from my November buck which bacically blew apart..

I have tried hornadys bonded also noslers bonded they still blow up like a sst or a balistic on anything under 200 Yds they do alright once it gets out around 300 yds the velocity has come down enough .
