Sauer model 90 problems

I have a Sauer M90 in 375H&H that I recently acquired. It is in like new condition and I don't think it's been fired before. The problem is the magazine does not seem to lock up far enough into the receiver and when the bolt is cycled sometimes it picks up a round other times it does not. Has anybody else experienced the same issue??? Who does warranty work for Sauer in Canada?....thanks for your help.

I had an issue with a second hand magazine not fitting that I purchased as a spare. There is a tab on the magazine that is used to retain it in the rifle and it may need to be filed to fit your rifle.I also had some feeding issues from this used magazine. The feeding issue was cured after fitting it to my rifle. Other then this I have never heard off anyone having a feeding issue with a sauer 90.
