Well after getting a Bradley Smoker 2 Christmas's ago I finally got a chance to put it to use. I put together a 10lb batch of polish sausage, half to smoke the other half for other use.
I fried up a small patty and both my daughter & her friend said it was really good. I'm using Alder briquettes for smoke (all I had) so at around midnite...maybe..they'll be close to done.
On another note, i want to smoke a whole deer shoulder next.
