Anyone know of a good sausage maker there. I have some deer meat i need processed. thanks

Be better to buy a meat grinder(either a hand powered one or electric. Crappy Tire or any small appliance place. Hand griders start at $21. Electric at about $130) and do it yourself. Collagen casings for 20 pounds runs $10.

When I read the thread on how much guys pay to process their deer, and have sausage made, I realized if I did not do it myself, I could not afford to hunt and eat my game.
