Sausage recipe anyone?

Anyone have a good homemade Honey Garlic sausage recipe they would like to share? Going to be used for Caribou.

im pretty sure if you locate a specialty shop in your area they would have pre made mixes give that a try some of them turn out pretty decent.

halford's mail order in Edmonton has lots and lots of mixes available. I can't vouch for them all, but the ones I've tried have been tasty.

I've got a few home-developed recipes that I'd be happy to share (including a FANTASTIC black-pepper and jack daniels snacking sausage recipe!), but nothing along the honey-garlic line.
