Savage 10FP owners -->308 Factory Ammo Question

Just bought me a new toy until I get setup to load I need something accurate to shoot... Give me some Ideas has to be available mail order somewhere.... I can Winchester White box cheap right now..

And what do you reload.. I'm looking for something accuarate out to about 500 yds...

I use 168 gr Hornady A-Max's behind 42 grains of Varget in Winchester cases that are FL sized, trinnged, chamfered, flash hole uniformed and weighed. Lit by a Federal 210 primer. Seem to work well for me.

I didn't used factory stuff to shoot for accuracy at all. You can certainly try the white box, and try the factory match ammo, but to really get good results you'll have to handload.
