Savage 10TR LE & Vortex viper scope

Would like to ask this setup if someone here has the exact one.

-Savage 10TR 24" LE
- Votex Viper 6.5-20x50 on vortex 30mm low tactical rings

Will its oversized tactical bolt knob clear the scope during operation?

Will the objective lens even clear with low rings? I used high rings, for a scope with 50 mm lens. You might get away with mediums, I didn't try.

I use ATRS low rings (.885") on my 10tr with 4-20x50 sightron and I have plenty of clearance around everything.

I can take pictures later if you wish to see how much.

rjk-83, yes please post pic of your rifle.
Per vortex 30mm low tactical ring --- Low: 0.83 inches (21mm) from base to centre.

Difference or your ATRS and vortex ring above is 0.055", even with this small difference I assume there are still plenty of room for a flip-up scope cover for a 50mm lens?

Here's mine. Mounted using Burris medium rings, Viper 6.5-20x50.

I've got the same rifle scope combo. I went with warne low rings and I've got plenty of clearance.
