Hello guy's i purchase my first savage last week !

I like my treaded barrel !!!

I am already in contact with my sellers about this problem ! The company where i buy my savage are A1 , and they supposed to contact me soon for more information.

About 6-7 inch are like on pics, may be all way long but i can't see ...

Do you have ever seen a barrel like that?

But Savage lose my expected satisfaction !
 
If you are talking about the chatter marks in the rifling, that's pretty common on these. From what i have been told, these are LE overruns, and you won't see the fit and finish levels you would see on a higher grade.

That said, it the rest of the rifle is put together right, it should shoot.
 
You bought a low dollar budget rifle from a company that is known for sub par fit and finish and good to great accuracy. That is not a dig I own them too but chatter marks in the barrel happen on low cost firearms I personally have not seen a problem with accuracy. If the shop will take it back after its fired try it out first as your replacement could easily have the same marks.
 
What is your serial number, please? I had one of the 10TR's that was replaced, SN#J348547. Checked my replacement, has same chatter marks on the lands. Interesting they put 5R barrels on the 10TR's...
