Need a bit of an advice here. This is my first BA rifle and is totally new on this platform.
One of the 2 sling swivel studs on the stock's fore-end is a bit off when tightened. The hole of the sling swivel stud is not parallel with the other one.
I removed it saw there's a spacer installed. I'm thinking to tighten it more giving it at most another half turn. My question is would the lock nut be able to support that more torque? I have no idea if it has a hex nut or a serrated dome nut and don't know how the nut is secured on the accustock.
Appreciate the help especially to those who had their accustocks removed and have seen the inside of it.
