Is it the rifle or just me, ive owned a fcp-sr and many of their rim fires. This new 308 10TR is very wiggly after pulling trigger... Tight and firm when firing pin is loaded and waiting to release, but notice is sloppy when not.. Any one else have this ?

Not a problem.. that is how they are all made.

Doesn't affect firing and a good thing when you need to cycle the action in a hurry.

Thanks ! I kinda figured that's just how they are for the price. Hearing it from you puts it to rest... Literally anyone else on this board could have said the same thing id still be worried. Much appreciated !

I seem to recall too in the manual Savage mentions that the bolt is of different design and not to be slammed back in.

I find it a bit lose but don't find myself racing for the next shot.
