Anny one have anny good experiance whit them?

The only thing I know about his that they are long action 10FP?

The 10fp is a short action in 223 or 308. I believe they offer the 110fp in 300 Win Mag.

Lots of people really like the Savage rifles. You get a lot of gun for the money. Were you looking at a particular model. Or just the base rifle with the regular savage black synthetic stock?

I have a 110fp in 300winmag. Other than the crap stock It's a great rifle for the money. It shoots amazingly well out of the box. Mine is sitting in a McMillan A5 now.

I just put mine in the EE, in 7mm RM it was my first rifle in a caliber larger than .223. I learned a heckuva lot about shooting (and reloading) with that rifle, I bedded it, mounted and fine tuned scope, etc etc. Good shooting rifle, half to three quarter MOA when I didn't have too much coffee As mentioned, the stock is cheap but that never bothered me much.
