Ask Savage who their wholesaler/distributor for Canada is. Ask that distributor which dealers got any of that model, and follow through to the dealers.

Not really as the rail on a scout is out in front of the action for long eye relief. You will need to install a new rail above the action to be able to use a regular eye relief scope.

Their first scout model, the 10 FMC was factory drilled and tapped for mounts in the conventional position, too. I expect the model 11 and model 110 based Scouts are too. The Savage website should tell you.
