Savage 14 Classic American Compact

Much appreciate opinions on the rifle from folks who may have owned/used one? I've come across one (a .243) and like the feel and balance....more importantly, it has iron sights .

I own the standard Model 14 in .243, no iron sights. The gun is awesome, reliable and very accurate.
