Savage 1899 - .250-3000

I have a family member who just inherited one of these rifles. Its an 1899 take-down chambered for .250 Savage.
The stock is in bad shape, but the foregrip is OK.
Does anybody know where to find a stock for it? Preferably used but in good condition.
I looked on Boyds, but they only have new finished stocks for the 99, which I'm not sure if they'll fit or not.

Google Boyds Gunstocks as well. They used to list them. They're in the States,so if they'll ship to Canada is another matter. Cheers. Bac4

Boyd's will ship up here. And it just went through that the export limit is $500 not $100.

I inherited that exact rifle too. It used to have a .410 shotgun barrel with it as well, but that got left in the bush some time long decades ago. If you find the parts, it's a nice little cartridge to shoot.
