Savage 220 Scope Bases

What bases are people using on this slug gun? I want to buy two piece bases not a single base that covers the action. Thanks

My take on the Savage 220 slug gun - a one piece rail is a better resolution given the long action design and position of the screw holes on the receiver - particularly if the intent is to accommodate a short low power Slug Gun/ML type scope. I may be off track here but I vaguely recall the same recommendation in the Savage 220 manual as well?

Any mounts that fit Savage Round Receiver/Axis/Stevens 200 will work

I use the new weaver one piece base #48329 made with cut out clearance specific to the 220 savage. Zero ejection issues with 3" Accutips. It allows for a much easier mounting of any scope without using offset rings and its a very solid option.
