You don't give nearly enough information.
All of the early rifles chambered in this cartridge were labled with its original designation, 250-3000.
To my knowledge, all of these early rifles had 1-14 twist rates in their bores and wouldn't stabilize bullets heavier than 100 grain flat base. Some will only stabilize 95 grain or less.
You also don't mention wether or not your looking for factory loads or hand loading information.
For good safe specs to hand load with, Google is your friend. It will direct you to a site or sites that have tested information that will be safe in your particular rifle and once you determine the twist rate, a proper bullet.
