Ok i Know its a cheap rifle but my friends have one and seriously i have fun with it as a plinker and make a great grouping for a cheap 22 rifle i wanted to know does the Lakefield Cooey 64 magazine fit with the Savage model 64F

Yes they do. Had both models at some points and mags are interchangeable.

And yes 64f are fun little plinkers. It’s one I regret selling.

I have one... its not too bad... great for messing around and learning a few things...

I found it ate many types of ammo, not much of a problem, except in the colder temps.... after it got shot a number of time, and the temps dropped it started to have missfeeds and other function issues...
After cleaning the action and lubrication it settled down a bit... but i reckon the residue from the powder and cold caused it to gum up quicker..

Warmer temps... not a problem...

common issue with rimfire. Depends what you call "cold"
