As title states I'm looking for stock options for my savage 93

I'm probably going to go with a Boyd's but figured I'd see what others are out there before I pull the trigger on the Boyds.

This rifle is used for the occasional grouse and rabbit but spends most of its life punching paper. It is also my go to for slaying gophers, and slay it does. This thing is a laser beam.

Anyways was curious of other options and hope some will share pics of there 93's

I have an mdt chassis for my mark2. I think they make a chassis that will fit the 93 action as well.

Yes they do..I just ordered one from Jerry at Mystic Precision and will be using a MDT Skeleton buttstock and a 40 MOA EGW rail. ..Matador Arms makes a nice folding fixed buttstock adapter for the LSS as well if interested in making it fold into a shorter case.

I carry mine in a drag bag style pack so i dont need to fold it. Love the mdt lss 22 chassis. I use a m4 style retractable butt stock on a mil spec tube. I mounted my scope low so didnt need an adjustable cheek weld
If canada post gets their stuff together i have another lss in the mail since black friday. I havent decided which butt stock im going to use for it yet

I was running a factory Boyd's on my last MK II before it was really nice...BUT if I had my way I'd get the LSS-22 for my rifle, but MDT doesn't make a chassis for the B-22 (what I've changed to now.)

I had a Boyd's on my 93 when I had it, huge improvement...but heavy. When I picked-up a Mark II FV-SR, I didn't want to re-stock it...but the cheek weld is/was horrible on those Savage tupperware stocks. I ended-up ordering a black, rubber riser from Accu-riser in the states..worked PERFECTLY, didn't add any appreciable amount of weight, looked like a factory part, didn't cost much, took 15 minutes to install start-to-finish, etc. For the Savage, I chose the black rubber one that screws on. Won't post a link, but it's easy to Google.

Thanks for the info guys.

I was planning on purchasing the Boyds 'at one' stock but after reading reviews that it has the ergos 2x4 I think I'm going to go with the lss. My 93 has the walnut stock on it so the typical Boyds stock weren't to intriguing to me and after reading that the 'at one' will run close to $400 after exchange and shipping the lss is looking better and better. It's just to bad I missed out on their black friday sale, they were 50% off.

Any other options someone can point to?
