Who can help me out ? My rifle does not shoot in cold weather i am talking about -15 to -35 . I can not get one to fire ! I dont know what problem is , its clean and oiled and a new rifle

I'm not a scientist, i don't know at what temp oil starts to freeze specially if there's only a tiny film of it around a cold metal piece but off the top of my head i would say frozen fireing pin ?

I would second that.
I left my .22 in the truck overnight a couple of days and went to the range (indoor), wouldn't strike hard enough.
Took the bolt out and warmed it up in my hands for a while and worked it.
Still was quite fussy for a while, intermittent ftf, had to baby it a bit until it warmed up.
Might want to disassemble the bolt, clean and check it anyways, and oil with some very light oil.

I've also heard that on that particular savage (I own one too, great little rifle) that if yours has the accu-trigger, try increasing the trigger pull weight a little bit. I have mine on the lightest setting and it works but there was a thread in the rimfire section not too long ago about a guy getting light strikes and no fires, so he turned up his trigger pull a little bit and his problem went away. Hope this helps.

I've always had this problem as well. Best thing for it is to clean that bolt face and firing pin really well and shoot it dry. Makes a world of a difference.
