Ahyone have one of these? I just got one from a fellow CGN'r. I was at first impressed but now i've noticed a few things about it. First off the clip doesn't seem to lock in tight. It is a little loose and rattles a bit. Secondly the trigger has some movement side to side. I've pm the guy to see if he has done a trigger job on it. Just wondering if these are common things with these savages. Maybe I should have went with the Marlin.

Billy...they are all common issues with Savage regarding the triggers.....as far as the clip,ya may be able to adjust it or tweak it a bit as it just slides over that one piece of flat metal hanging down...take the gun apart and have a look at how it's assembled to give you abetter idea....shimmming the trigger is a piece of cake,here is a link
