Savage 99 308 value

I recently picked up Savage 99 chambered in 308 and have no idea of the value.

Savage 99"E" version. No window counter and lever safety. The economy model. Still the 99E is one of the most accurate Savage 99's according to owners. I would say it would be worth around 650.00.

There is NO difference in ACCURACY between the different models ! Some GOOD and SOME Bad ! as in every Brand ! Oh WAIT ! MY SAVAGE 99 F was the BEST shooting 300 one EVER ! :lol RJ

To late Darryl,sold em both $1200 shipped and insured.
I woulda kept it, but I don’t shoot.308 and 7 mm and 6.5 take up all my spare time as is.

I got one chambered in 284 win. I was told they are highly desirable ? Hard to find ammo or brass I know that

The 284 win are desirable, the 250Savage ones even more so.

Brass shouldn't be that hard to find. I quick google and the first two hits have in-stock brass. Not cheap, but its quality stuff.

Yeah that sounds about right judging by what I've seen on the EE lately. Maybe a little bit more if the scope isn't junk.
