I got this rifle from my father inlaw. I would say its about 80-85%. Wood is very nice, with a little bluing missing where it would be carried. What would it me worth.

I've got an 1899A in 32-40, never heard of a 32 Special.

They made a few 1899's in old Winchester calibers.

The 38-55's, 25-35's and 32-40's. Thats not including the 30-30's. I've got a few 1899's in those calibers but they're hard to come by with any condition to them. I've gotta get the gun fund built up again so maybe one of these will hit the floor in the EE sometime in the near future.

Coolpoolken: is that the 1899C 32-40 with the old ranch crest on the buttstock? I remember you sending me pics of that gun before you even came to this site, glad you found it.

Epps I believe had one in 32 WS a few years back. It was a redone rifle complete with a fitted Winchester barrel. Must have looked funny with a Winchester barrel and barrel address on a Savage rifle. Never heard or seen one that left the factory in that caliber, but never say never...........
