Is there any place in Canada where a synthetic stock can be had for a Savage 99? (308 with pistol grip)
A laminate stock would also be acceptable.

Boyd's are wood. Don't let a 99 purist hear about this either. They're a shall we say passionate bunch. snicker.
These guys are Stateside. but they might have info you can use. Add the W's. .savagegunsmithing.com/
If Boyd's makes laminates for 99's , they don't list them....just walnut.Boyd's also make laminate stocks for 99's. Re-read the OP, poster is interested in a laminate option.
They sure do. Search the 99, then click on the custom options button and there you go. Lots of laminate options as well as recoil pads.
Uh oh........you just may have created a monster! lol
Got a couple myself and agree fully. You can't go wrong for the money. While I've yet to buy a Boyds for a 99, I do have a few on my Savage rimfires and one on a centerfire bolt action. Great quality, price and service. Highly recommended.
Thinking about one for an old 1913 vintage 99 in 30-30.
