Savage 99 Value ?

Hi, Can anybody give me an idea of the value of a Savage 99 in 300 Savage with the rotary internal mag,Brass counter. with a 24 inch barrel.Just has a Tasco 3x9 on it.

It is in very good or better condition.

Schnabel forearm, 24" bbl, means model 99EG, more or less the equivelant of the Win 94 30-30, everybodys got one.

I'd never give out appraisals without seeing a rifle but the 99 EG's in 300 are the most common 99 on the market which means around $375-$400 in my book.
