Hey all !
For a couple of years i was "eyesing" the semi auto A17 in 17 HMR.
The i saw they made it in 17 WSM,pull the plug too fast on this one, bought it not knowing the ammo were almost non existant, sad thing so i manage to sell it right away, lost a bit on it but i was ok with that.
And i had a good deal on a new A17 HMR and bought one.
Went to the sand pit this weeked to try it and i was really impress with it,i was expecting FTF or FTE once or 2 times, but no nothing see ate almost 100 rounds without a hick up.I was so happy about that performace ! And with the butler creek 25 rounds no hick up too.
I made a "pratical" stock,i took the folding stock of a choate stock for the sks i had laying around, cut the stock that came with the A17 and slap that on it.Because this will be my new grouse rifle and will be more pleasant to carry with a folded stock and the pistol grip is a plus for me.
