Would there be a perceivable difference in accuracy between the Savage Model 12 single shot left port style actions and the normal Model 12 mag fed actions?

Haha yup ... had a little discussion the other day and I wondered for a second if I had bought the right rifle lol. I was reluctant to buy a single shot rifle because I didn't want to be terribly limited should I want to hunt, but really now that I'm thinking about it, I can only really see myself using my VLP for paper.

How do you build a mag follower??? Single feeding it is a pain in the ass but it's how I prefer to shoot.
