Anybody using the new Savage Axis 2 Oro Western rifle?
Been eying this one at local Cabela’s for my 12 yr old.
Look like a nice set up, accu-fit stock, multiple LOP options, additional cheek risers to bring the kids eye sight up. Pre-installed factory scope rail and a threaded muzzle to add a break to bring down the recoil.
My 12 yr old seemed comfortable with a friends axis 2 compact, but I’d prefer to buy something I can adjust as she grows rather than buy a second one later.
Anyone using one that can give me their first hand account?
