Savage axis bolt lift kit?

I have a Savage axis youth, my son can’t lift the bolt quick enough for a follow up shot. I is quite stiff.
There is a bolt lift kit available in the US, a series of bearings and washers, I have the long one peace firing pin. Any experience on those and where can I buy one in Canada ?

I have seen the bolt kit from Pacific Tool and Gauge I think, worked super!

Hey try'' coretac solutions '', they are out of Mississauga ON. I put a longer bolt handle on my savage and it helped alot with the stiffness
