Savage B mag optics suggestions

Hello all

I just picked up 2 savage Bmag bull barrel rifles and wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good scope to match these rifles. hopefully the bull barrel models are better than the others

They are, look at my hope for bmag thread further down.

You will need high or extra high rings to clear that bole handle, I have on my two a Falcon 4x14 ffp and a millet trs-1 4x16. The millet is a bit nicer, the falcon's eye relief below 8x can put you really far back on the stock. The millet however is impossible to line up so the bolt handle doesn't touch the zoom ring as you open it.

If you haven't allready I highly recommend a boyds stock. The synthetic ones a bit light and flexible and can cause frustration
 
I put a 5-15 Bushnell Legend with mil dot on my skinny barrel model. I want to shoot targets a swell as hunt so it fits my needs perfect. Works great.
