Savage B Mag Rigs

I just purchased a Savage B Mag 17 WSM, and want to mount a Nikon scope with 25 MM tube on it. Can anyone recommend a good set of rings for this firearm?

What scope is it? What is the objective diameter? If it is a 40mm objective any medium 1" ring will do the job... your scope has a 1" tube. Leupold QRW rings are solid and not too expensive.

I imagine that the B-Mag comes with Savages version of two-piece Weaver style bases factory installed?

Yes. the Weaver two piece base. Nikon 4-16x42 scope.

Yes it comes with two piece bases as mentioned, as for rings, most any will do as the .17WSM isn't anywhere close to a heavy recoiling rifle, I would just get some UTG rings or some weavers. But, I have the EGW rail and like a bit more eye relief with my setup, which doesn't really look like a B mag anymore as it's been modified a lot

I just grabbed a set of 1" rings out of my parts bin & mounted a new Redfield Revolution 4-12x40
