Hey guys, I'm back to considering a 22WMR bolt action and the front runner is a CZ457 American or synthetic. I sometimes think it would be fun to have a minimal gun without nice wood, but don't tend to like synthetic stocks unless they're on a T1x
I've owned at least 4 if not 5 Savage rimfires over the years and I'm not particularly drawn to the brand, but I've also never owned or shot one the newer B series guns either.
For budget reasons, I wondered if a B-22 FV might be a good choice, then I saw this thing and watched a couple of videos on them. Any of you rimfire nutz have one of these things and if so, how is the accuracy? How do you like it, and do you ever hunt with it? I know the word "PRECISION" gets bounced around too much, this is just a B-22 Magnum in a budget MDT stock + the better Savage target/accutrigger. I've had an opportunity to use that trigger-it's very decent.

Fighting the temptation to spend CZ money on a Savage=looking for inspiration here.
