I feel pretty dumb posting this but just got one in the mail and took it to the range today for the first time. Tried to top load with closed floorplate, doesn't seem to be an easy/any way to do it. Opened the hinged floorplate, the only way I can figure to load it this way is to awkwardly hold the rifle upside down, hold the floorplate back with one hand then set rounds into the upside down mag well, then snap shut the floorplate.
This wouldn't be practical on a coyote stand, nor is it at all ergonomic. Calibre is .223. What am I missing?
