Savage Mark 11 .22 lr

Picked up this tack driver just from a fellow at the range that i've known for a while. What a great little gun. Retal was $229.00 Got it for $175.00, 10 round mag all in.
Still in box with all the papers.. He's put no more than 50 rounds through her. Took it to the range today and it's by far, the best little guy.
Putting a scope on it today, will post results and pics.

Glad your enjoying yours as well. I've got mine set up with a simmons 22 mag 3-9x32 with AO. Quite an accurate package.

Congrats on the new rifle, your first being a bolt action, and for choosing a Savage! A whole lot of goodness right there! I currently have 3 Savages in the collection, 2 rimfires and a centerfire. Love 'em all. My next .22 will likely be a Savage as well, Mark II FV-SR.

Hey good choice! What model mark 2 was it? I just got a btv, blued target barrel, and just swapped on a new stock to match my 597. I've got a nice factory thumb hole lami savage stock going up for sale if your after a slick looking stock. Pm me if your interested.

LOL, not my first bolt action... I have many in different rim and centerfire bolts but, this little guy is a keeper.

It's just the plain jane Mark 11 .22 LR with accutrigger blued. I'm not looking to swap out the stock (atleast not yet) but please pm me with the price your asking for the thumb hole stock.
