Savage Mark II

I am thinking of getting a Mark II FV or a BV, but was curious about the mag capacity - some Mark II's come with 5 rounders, and other with 10 rounders. What is the logic here? I would assume both the 5 and 10 rounders all fit the different mark II's in .22?

I thought the 22WM's came in 5 and the 22lr's came in 10??

The .22 comes with a 5 round mag, 10 rounders are available to buy.

I have an FV. It's a great gun. I didn't like the plastic stock, so I have a Boyds on its way.
