Looking for info on this particular rifle, what going rate for condition is, and where I might be able to find a magazine for it.
Also cost of magazine would be appreciated as well.

Rifle is a hand me down, no real use for it as it is left handed.

Chambered in 7mm rem mag.

Those rifles really aren't that rare or that desirable, even being left handed. The savage 110 was one of, if not the first commercially available left handed bolt gun back in the day, so they sold a pile of them.

I cant speak for what the actual selling price was, but I have seen this exact rifle, with a working mag adverised anywhere from $300 (very rough condition) and as high as $800 (NRA Excellent condition).
