Can anyone tell me what range of quality these guns are?

Could you compare them with say Rem 700 ect..
What would one expect to pay for one in mint condition?

I think they're a good buy for a stainless rifle, but I don't like the internal mags. I 'd prefer the 16fcss myself. Select models right now on sale at WSS for $399.
