I have mentionned before that I am restoring 0C469, basically from the receiver with attached bits. So far, the following Savage parts have been added: barrel w/front sight base; low sidewall forend; grooved rear handguard, front handguard; rear handguard collar; middle band with swivel and screw; upper band with screw; buttstock with plate and swivel unit. Milled trigger guard is British; bolt and magazine are LB. No sight yet. On the wish list is are a Savage bolt body, preferably unnumbered; Savage trigger guard; early Savage magazine, with bottom seam welded; Savage Mk. I rear sight; milled Savage front sight protector. I have a round cocking piece. It has been progressing slowly, but steadily.

Check Springfield Sporters,..they have a good selection of No.4 parts

I got the swivels, bands, etc. from them. Brand new. Asked them to send whatever other Savage bits they had, but that was all.
