Savage Predator

Yes, my buddy bought one last year, as he got a super deal on it.
He bassically bought it, to go coyote hunting with me, but has not come out yet.
I told him it was done mainly over the Winter and early Spring.
I am the only one that has fired that rifle.
He went South last Winter, left it with me to sight in.
3 shells all it took to do get it to shoot 2" high at 100 yards.
Very impressed with the 1" group it made out of the box shooting Winchester white box ammo.
The Simmons scope it came with worked very well.
Very nice cammo job, over sized bolt knob, detachable mag, and heavy barrel
make this a very nice rifle.

Nice rifles, I like the oversize bolts for using with mitts in the winter. From the people I have spoken with they have the proven Savage acuuracy and are priced OK. I would not buy the package with the cheap Simmons scope though...you'd never gett your money out of that scope if you pulled it and went with quality glass. This rifle kicks the Remington predators a$$...sorry to hurt U Remington lovers :D
